Which payments can be returned and how to ask
Powerplay247 returns money when a payment reached the official details but couldn't be credited, when you paid twice by mistake, when a bet is voided, or when an ID is closed for being underage. Settled losing bets and money sent to unofficial numbers can't be refunded. Ask in the official WhatsApp chat with your UTR.

When does Powerplay247 give a refund?
A refund or credit is possible in these cases:
- You paid to the official details but the deposit wasn't credited
- You paid the same amount twice by mistake
- A bet was voided under the betting rules
- An ID was closed because the holder was under the legal age
- A payment came from an account in a different name and couldn't be accepted
What can't be refunded?
Once a bet settles as a loss, the result is final. The same applies to casino rounds that have finished normally.
- Losing bets and finished casino rounds
- Bonus money, which can't be exchanged for cash outside its offer conditions
- Money sent to payment details that didn't come from the official chat
Powerplay247 has no control over money paid to a fake agent or a number shared in a group. Always check the number against the one on this website before paying.
What if your deposit hasn't been credited?
First check that your bank app shows the payment as successful. Then send the 12-digit UTR or a screenshot, the amount and the time you paid in the same WhatsApp chat, and don't pay again while the first transfer is pending.
The desk matches the payment and credits your balance. If it can't be credited, for example because the amount or the name doesn't match, it's returned to the account it came from.
What happens when a bet is voided?
A voided bet is treated as if it was never placed. Your stake goes back to your wallet and no profit or loss is recorded. The betting rules explain when a market can be voided, for example when a match is abandoned before the result is decided.
How do you ask for a refund?
Message the official WhatsApp number with your ID, the UTR or bet reference, the amount and a screenshot. A manager reviews it against the payment records and your bet history and updates you in the same chat.
Where is a refund paid?
A refunded deposit goes back to the bank account or UPI ID it came from. A voided stake goes back to your Powerplay247 wallet, where you can bet with it or withdraw it as normal.
