Powerplay247's community guidelines ask everyone to be respectful to staff and other players, keep their account to themselves, and never use the brand to sell tips, IDs or payment details. They apply in WhatsApp chats, on the official Telegram channel and anywhere you present yourself as a Powerplay247 player or partner. Breaking them can get an ID suspended.

How should you treat staff and other players?
Managers deal with many requests at once and will help faster when a message is clear and polite. Frustration over a delayed payout is understandable, but abuse, threats and repeated spam messages aren't acceptable.

What extra rules apply to partners?

How do you report a problem?
Send the official WhatsApp number a screenshot of the message or profile, the number or username involved and a short note on what happened. The team looks into every report, and your name isn't shared with the person you report.
What happens if the guidelines are broken?
Depending on how serious it is, a manager may give a warning, limit what the ID can do, or suspend or close it. Fraud and threats can be passed to the police.
Nobody sells fixed matches
Anyone offering a fixed match, a guaranteed tip or a 'VIP' ID for a fee is running a scam, whatever name they use. Powerplay247 never sells tips and never asks for payment on Telegram.
